Cranleigh are delighted to announce that one of our very own Cranleigh FC U11’s players has now been signed by Chelsea FC to play in their Regional Talent Centre.
“Xanthe has been with Cranleigh FC since joining as an Under 8s player and has always been a pleasure to coach and watch her develop as a player over the years. Her attitude and desire to do well and work as a team player in every game or training session has been there since the start. Xanthe listens to instructions and is able to adapt to playing different positions with confidence and has a determination to make a difference on the pitch and is not afraid of the challenges of playing competitive football. She has always shown a willingness to learn and will be missed by her fellow players at Cranleigh FC. We wish her all the best with Chelsea FC and the next stage of her footballing career”.
