U18’s were in action again tonight at Snoxhall v Merstham FC. Went 1-0 down in the 1st half against the run of play , but the lads really all worked hard with Ethan Stiles making his debut in goal and Dan Walmsey making the starting 11.
Second half Cranleigh came out and put Merstham under pressure and Hayden got fouled in the box , Hayden calmly strolled up and tucked the pen in bottom corner 1-1. But Merstham hit back and scored two quick goals 3-1 merstham . These lads never gave up and made it 3-2 with a fine back post header from skipper Jack Miller .
Cranleigh pushed hard and had quite a few chances but with Jonah moving into the cam role, strode through midfield and hit an absolutely belter 20 yard curler into top corner 3-3 . Great game.
