We’ve got two important meetings coming up that we’d like all coaches and parents to be aware of:

  • Coaches MeetingMonday 12th May at Cranleigh Cricket Club – 7pm (precise timing shared nearer the time)

  • Annual General Meeting (AGM)Monday 2nd June at Cranleigh Cricket Club (for coaches and parents) – timing shared in Agenda

Timings will be shared nearer the time.

We strongly encourage as many coaches as possible to attend the meeting on 12th May. If you can’t make it, please ensure at least one representative from your team is present. This session will cover several important updates and provide an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about how the club operates.

A cash bar will be operating.

Agenda items for the coaches meeting on 12th May include (but are not limited to):

  • 2025/26 fees model and registration 

  • Welfare, safeguarding and discipline

  • Coach qualifications 
  • Communications and social media update

  • Funding update

  • (More topics likely to be added.)

Looking ahead to the AGM on 2nd June, please note that 12th May is the deadline for submitting any Any Other Business (AOB) to be included in the AGM agenda. Please send submissions to: secretary@cranleighfc.co.uk
