Cranleigh U14 Cobras, playing up an age group in the SSYFL U15 Division 2, have been crowned champions after a dramatic final day of the season.
A dominant 6-0 home win against Dorkinians Yellows U15s, combined with Elstead Sharks U15s’ defeat to Wisborough Green U15s, saw the Cobras snatch the title by just one point.
With an impressive record of P10 W7 D1 L2, the Cobras showcased their skill and determination throughout the season, competing against physically bigger and older teams – and proving their class every step of the way.
