Cranleigh delivered a statement performance on Saturday, securing a 3-0 victory over Addlestone to book their place in the semi-finals of the Premier Challenge Cup. A dominant first-half display set the tone, with the Cranes controlling the midfield, defending resolutely, and making key substitutions at the right moments to see out a well-earned win.
First Half – A commanding start
Cranleigh started brightly, growing into the game with every minute and dictating play in midfield. Their dominance paid off when Will Smith coolly converted from the penalty spot, following good work from Emin Can Acar, who grabbed the assist.
