Cranleigh’s senior teams are gearing up for another exciting weekend of football, with key fixtures taking place across both Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday 1st March

Hersham First v Cranleigh Firsts

📍 Hersham FC | ⏰ 2pm

Cranleigh Firsts head into this weekend’s clash sitting 9th in the MJM Sports Surrey Premier County Football League Premier Division, having secured six wins so far this season. The squad’s fortunes have taken a turn for the better in recent months, and a victory this weekend could see them climb the table.

They face a Hersham side currently at the bottom of the league, but they won’t be an easy team to break down. All eyes will be on new signing Sam Taylor, who goes straight into the squad and will be eager to make an instant impact on his debut, helping to fire the Cranes forward.

Other Saturday Fixtures:

Worplesdon Phoenix Reserves v Cranleigh Reserves

📍 Worplesdon Memorial Sports Ground | ⏰ 2pm

Cranleigh Development v Shalford

📍 Glebelands | ⏰ 2pm

Sunday 2nd March

Oxted & District v Cranleigh Women

📍 Master Park | ⏰ 2pm

Cranleigh Women will be aiming to get back to winning ways after a tough match last weekend, where injuries took their toll. The team is still actively recruiting new players for the remainder of the season and will be looking to put in a strong performance against an Oxted side that currently sits second in the table.

With a packed weekend of fixtures ahead, Cranleigh’s teams will be hoping to bring home positive results and make their supporters proud.
