Cranleigh Cobras U14s earned a hard-fought point in an exciting 3-3 draw against Milford Pumas U15s, 16th November.

Switching to a new 3-5-2 formation, the Cobras impressed in the first half with their fluid play from the back and swift attacks down the wings. Oliver and Harry both scored stunning goals, helping the Cobras to a commanding position, with the team looking poised to secure all three points.

However, Milford showed resilience and turned the tide in the second half, capitalising on their chances to draw level with three goals of their own. Despite some intense pressure, the Cobras stuck to their passing game and came close to snatching victory when Nicho hit the post in a dramatic goalmouth scramble.

Playing in a higher age group continues to be a challenge, with some opponents having a physical edge, but the Cobras are showing great determination and adaptability.

With seven games played so far, the team has a solid record of three wins, one draw, and three losses, scoring an impressive 31 goals while conceding 23. Onwards and upwards, Cobras!
