Cranleigh FC Women’s Team are about to enter our second season. As part of our development plan we are going to enter the Surrey Women’s League (11v11) in addition to playing in the Surrey FA Women’s Flexible League (7v7)
As a Community Amateur Sports Club run entirely by unpaid volunteers we are looking for help with the Women’s Team with the following roles;
Assistant Manager– helping with coaching, tactics and team selection as well as match day management. Training is on Wednesday evenings and Matches/Training on Sunday afternoons.
Experience in a football management role for example at Grass Roots level would be good.
Lead Coach– preparing training activities reflecting our match day experiences, developing player’s technical, tactical and physical skills
Administrator– Helping with player registration, arranging fixtures with opposition teams and managing communications
