The clash between the world’s top two women’s sides was a thrilling end-to-end contest, with both teams giving it their all. While the game ended in a 0-0 draw, the Cranleigh girls kept the energy alive, singing and cheering their hearts out to support their footballing heroes.

For some of the team, this was their first visit to Wembley, making it an unforgettable experience. Seeing the Lionesses in action has inspired the girls to keep working hard in their own footballing journey – who knows, perhaps one day we’ll be watching one of them donning the England kit on the same stage?

Trips like this showcase the power of football to unite and inspire, and we’re so proud of our U10 girls for representing Cranleigh FC with such enthusiasm and spirit.
